Please be advised that in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, the hotel remains open but with limited services.

At this time:

  • Terra Mare, Spinnaker Pool Grill, Atlas Cocktail Lounge and In Suite Dining services are temporarily suspended
  • Food and beverage is available from Cornucopia Gourmet Market located on the Lobby Level, just past the Concierge desk from 8am – 4pm
  • Access to CONRAD Spa and the fitness center are temporarily suspended
  • Broward County has issued mandatory beach closures
  • The 6th Floor Sky Deck including the pool remain open, without service. Please practice social distancing and enjoy the facility at your own discretion.

The safety and security of our guests remains our utmost priority. Our team is working diligently to continuously disinfect public spaces out of precaution. However, we ask that guests practice social distancing, continue to wash hands often and utilize hand-sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind. In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, we will continue to waive change fees or offer full refunds. For those with existing reservations, even those described as non-cancellable (ie. Advanced Purchase) that are scheduled to arrive before June 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Any new reservations, even those described as non-cancellable (ie. Advanced Purchase) that are booked between today and June 30, 2020 for all future dates can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
